About Santa Clarita Roofing Pros
A no-cost, local referral service. Not a roofing contractor.
Who we are
Santa Clarita Roofing Pros is a no-cost referral service for homeowners, renters, and property owners in and around Santa Clarita, California. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform roofing work ourselves. When you send us a request, we connect you with an independent local roofing contractor that serves your area, and that provider contacts you directly. Always verify a contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
Why this site exists
Roofing decisions are expensive, and in the Santa Clarita Valley they come with extra questions: aging tile underlayment, Santa Ana winds, fire hazard zones, HOA rules, and whether the city or the county handles your permit. Our goal is to publish clear, local information on those topics and give homeowners one simple way to reach a local roofer without being passed around to a dozen companies.
How the referral works
- Tell us about your roof. Fill out the short form with your community, roof type, and what's going on.
- We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local roofer who covers your area.
- Get an inspection and estimate. The roofer contacts you, looks at the roof, and gives you a written estimate.
- You decide. Ask questions, check the license, and hire only if it's right for you. No obligation.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Using this site costs you nothing. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
- We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
- We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider's work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
- We don't publish made-up customer stories, invented statistics, or made-up credentials.
- We never promise insurance coverage, and we don't give insurance, legal, or engineering advice.
Protect yourself when hiring
Ask for the roofer's California contractor license number and check it on the CSLB website, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation, and get a written estimate that lists materials, underlayment, flashing, vents, deck repair pricing, permit, and warranty. In California, a contractor generally cannot ask for a down payment of more than 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, for home improvement work, and many home improvement contracts carry a right to cancel within a few business days. Be cautious of door-to-door offers after windstorms.
